Guidelines for Poster Presentation
Preparation of posters: The space available for each poster would be 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height. Each poster will be assigned a number, which the organizers will mark at the top of the poster board. The poster should indicate its title, authors (underline the name of the presenting author and include his/her email id), and their affiliations, followed by the Abstract, Introduction/Background, Results, Conclusions, and Acknowledgements (if any). The poster should be put up in the morning between 08.00-09.00 h and taken down after 17.00 h on the same day.
The poster sessions shall be conducted on 11th and 12th November 2025 during 13.00-15.00 h, when evaluators shall visit the posters. The presenting authors should be present near their posters during the poster session. The poster schedule will be announced in advance, and this will be based on subject areas.
Poster Awards: Best 5 posters will be conferred awards, which will be announced during the closing session of the conference on 12th November 2025
Guidelines for Oral Presentation
(1) The official language of the event is English.
(2) Limited number of Contributed Oral Presentations will be selected, and the presenters will be informed about the decision in this regard.
(3) Your allocated time is 15 minutes, which includes 10 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A.
(4) Please keep your presentation limited to 8 slides and do not spend too much time on the introduction. Literature review should be avoided.
(5) Presentation soft copy should be made available to the organizers by 10th November 2025 (email: Izharul.haq@jaipur.manipal.edu). Please put “Presentation and abstract ID” in the subject line.
(6) Uploading the presentation before 9 am on the day of the presentation on the conference laptop will be the responsibility of the presenter/s.
(7) You can check the conference website for the schedule and session of your oral presentation.
